Client must report defect or damage to the company within 72 hours of date of delivery.
- You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery date. Delivery date is determined from the tracking information provided.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We will pay for the return costs if the return is a result of our error.
- Item must be in brand-new condition. If freight damage occurred during shipping you must call within 72 hours of receipt to notify TopSpaSupply.com so we can follow up a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Any shipment that is refused from the carrier without first contacting TopSpaSupply.com may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or our cost for shipping - whichever is greater.
- If after 30 days of delivery, you have any problem with any of the items you purchased, please let us know and we will help you to work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
- Refund will be issued after your item has been inspected and found to be in its original condition. Original shipping prices are not refundable. If the return is due to our error, then you will receive a full refund. No restocking fee on exchanges.
Please return the products in the packaging received. Include in the package the original invoice and any additional instructions.
